Welcome, I'm Fenom, a Huawei Nova 5T and today I will show you how to access the
0:10
recovery mode on this device. To get started you want to hold power key and
0:19
once you see the boot options select power off, tap on it once more and wait
0:23
for the device to shut off. And once it has shut off you want to hold power key
0:29
and volume up, both keys at the same time. So power, volume up
0:39
Soon after we should see recovery mode. And there it is. So from here you can see you have several options. You can wipe cache
0:51
partition, wipe data, factory reset and reboot your system along with booting into safe mode
0:58
And to access all these options you can either use your volume keys to navigate like I am doing
1:04
right now. So volume up to go up, volume down to go down and power key to confirm it. Or you can
1:09
actually simply just tap on it. Now wipe data will just reset your device and remove all the data
1:15
Wiping cache will just, well, wipe cache and keep everything else on your device
1:19
Safe mode boots your device into safe mode which allows it to basically, if you have some kind of
1:24
problem, the device is using too much battery or crashing or stuff like that, you can boot
1:29
into safe mode and that will basically boot the device only with the essential apps and anything
1:34
else that you have put on the device will be disabled. So you can see if the problem that
1:39
you're having with your device is based on something that you have installed or as default
1:44
of the actual device itself malfunctioning. And reboot system now is just, well, rebooting
1:50
the phone which I'm going to select just to go back to the normal Android. So like I said you
1:55
can use volume keys to navigate or you can actually tap on it like so and it automatically gets accepted
2:09
And you can see that we're back in the Android system. So that is how you would access and
2:13
also leave the recovery mode. And if you found this video helpful don't forget to like
