Hi everyone, in front of me I've got OnePlus 11 and let me share with you how
0:05
to change keyboard language on this device. Basically if you'd like to change only the keyboard language without changing
0:14
the whole system, then all you have to do is to simply open the keyboard in
0:19
whichever app you want to. So for example messages, notes, browser, whatever. Just
0:25
have the keyboard on the screen and then let's enter the settings in the upper
0:28
options, options in the upper bar. Here we have to tap on the languages and as
0:34
you can see we've got only English in this list right now. So we have to tap on
0:38
add keyboard and here we've been transferred to the full list of all available keyboards from which we can choose. So as you can see we've got plenty of
0:45
options to choose from. I'm pretty sure that you will find the language you'd like to set. Let me pick a graphical language. I will pick Urdu 1. So let's
0:53
tap on the language you'd like to use. Sometimes depending on the language you
0:56
will be able to pick the region. So let me tap on it on the particular one and
1:01
here we've got also the keyboard types and again based on the language you will
1:06
be able to sometimes pick from up to five different keyboard types or only
1:12
one. It depends as I said. So if you want to set particular keyboard as you can
1:16
see I'd like to set this graphical one. Just mark it and of course you can leave
1:21
this one option ticked but I will remove it so I will apply only this type
1:27
Let's tap on done and as you can see we've got the Urdu language added. So now
1:32
we can go back to the keyboard and check the changes. So right now only one change
1:36
is visible and it is the globe icon which will actually act like a language
1:42
key and allow us to change the language. So right now I'm typing English but
1:46
after tapping on the globe icon I can easily switch to the Urdu one and right
1:49
now I can type in Urdu. And here we can see the second difference. So the
1:56
spacebar it's not empty anymore. Right now we've got the name of the language we are currently using so after tapping on the globe icon again we can see that
2:03
and we've got English also here. Alright so basically this is how to add the
2:09
language to keyboard and now let me show you how to remove the language so you
2:13
will have only one keyword type applied. So we have to enter the settings again
2:18
tap on the languages and here from the step just tap on this edit icon in the
2:23
right upper corner. Now we can mark the language you'd like to remove and of
2:26
course I will pick Urdu as it is not the language I know. And then let's tap on
2:32
the trash bin icon. Here we've got only English left or any other language you'd
2:37
like to leave here. And just go back to the keyboard. As you can see the
2:42
language key, the globe icon disappeared. The same situation with the spacebar
2:46
It's empty which simply means that we cannot change the language and we've got
2:50
only this one particular option of the language applied. So basically that's all
2:56
This is how to change keyboard language in your OnePlus 11. Thank you so much
