Here I have LG Key5 and let me show you how to enter fastboot mode on the following phone

At the very beginning hold down power key for a few seconds

From the following menu let's choose power off and tap OK to confirm the whole operation

Wait until your phone is completely switched off. And afterwards let's use the following combination of keys, power key and volume up

Let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds

Release both keys as soon as boot mode appears in front of you

You can navigate here by using volume up. So let's scroll down to fastboot and press volume down to confirm it

As you can see right here the phone goes into fastboot mode. You can use the following mode or you can simply quit it by long pressing power key
