Welcome, and follow me as a real me, C31, and today I'll show you how you can boot this

device into safe mode. So to get started, let's hold our power key, and once you see your boot options right here

you want to hold power off. This will in turn change into this, reboot to safe mode, so let's confirm by tapping

on OK. So it's rebooting. If you haven't read that message, I'm going to quickly just go over it

So what it tells us is that booting the device into safe mode will disable all third-party applications

So any app that you have installed yourself will not be able to run in this mode

And the reason for this is so you can troubleshoot your phone

So if you installed some kind of malicious application that is completely effing up your

device to the point that you cannot use it, boot it into safe mode

From there, that app has zero way of actually doing anything. It will be completely terminated, it cannot do basically any harm

And from here you can just simply remove it if you couldn't do that before, as an example

So there we go, once it boots up, I can see we have a safe mode marking right here, just

so you always know that you are in this mode. And additionally, in this mode, like I mentioned, some apps will not function

Not only the apps that you have installed yourself, there's a couple that I can see right now that won't run

So as you can see, Duo is one of them. And when you try to tap on it to open it up, it gives us the message, downloaded apps disabled

in safe mode. Additionally, you have a bunch of them disabled right here

And some more on the next page. So yeah, primarily just the default apps that you just basically need for phone will run

Everything else is just kind of turned off. So that is how you boot into safe mode, and to leave it, all you need to do is hold the

power key once again, but this time around, simply tap on restart

This will reboot the device and boot it back into normal mode
