Welcome. Infanomi is an iPhone 14 plus and today I will show you a couple tweaks and tricks you can do on this phone
0:09
Let's get started with some of the ones that are I believe new to just iOS in general
0:16
So that would be editing your widgets. So let's like the device, single press the display, and you will have your lock screen
0:23
Just a typical stuff. But when you hold it... Seriously, I need to unlock it
0:32
Well, that kind of defeats the purpose of this. Not exactly sure how to access it if you have a pin
0:43
Let's see. So I'm going to go into maybe notifications. Is it going to be here? No
0:50
Okay, I'm going to do it the easy way just completely remove that freaking password that just breaks this feature for some reason
0:58
And... where is it? turn passcode off Pastelavista, there we go
1:13
Do we have a passcode? No, we don't. So now I can actually access the settings
1:17
So when you hold it, it gives you this little option right here
1:21
customize. You can also create your own. So let's start up by selecting customize
1:25
This will then display the two widgets that are already added, which is just the day of the week and month and whatever
1:33
And then below that you have also your time. Additionally, if you realize in terms of time, it kind of cuts into the wallpaper
1:41
You can turn that off if you don't want to. I believe it's done right here, depth effect
1:46
So you can prevent it from happening. I do kind of like it, so I'm going to keep it like this. But additionally, you have the option to add widgets right here
1:52
So you can add a bunch of different widgets from here. For instance, we can add stocks right here
1:58
boom so have down s&p and apple i can see how high it is you can also add battery if you
2:05
want to you have two different versions of it 69% very nice there we go it's close this and
2:12
there we go let's look done yes whatever there we go and as can see now we have our uh two new widgets that i have
2:26
added so stock market and our battery indicator and I believe this is also
2:32
possibly storage although I might be wrong yeah no I don't think it's a
2:39
storage yeah so yeah there we go now another thing you can do is let's
2:44
like the device back up hold it once more and we will now switch to another
2:50
page select plus and here you'll find bunch of pre-made ones so we have just
2:56
different themes I do believe there is also way to theme your icons and stuff
3:03
like that though I haven't looked at too deep into it and at the very first glance
3:08
I wasn't able to find it supposedly if you select one of them it hopefully
3:13
would change it let's see if I pick something if it's going to do anything
3:21
whatever select I I guess. Yeah, so this one doesn't really change the icons. I know that there is a way to
3:35
change how the icons actually look like. The way like I said I haven't figured out how to do it
3:41
So sorry for that to be honest. But anyway let's move over to the next option which is
3:48
multiple icons moving. So if you have a bunch of your apps visible on some of the
3:53
screens maybe you want to customize them or just change how they're positioned, to have a different page for like different categories
3:59
whatever the case may be. There is a really easy way to just move applications in bulk
4:05
So let's just start off by entering the little wiggle mode. I'm going to grab one to the point that you can move it
4:12
And then just hop on any kind of app that you want to from there move. As you can see, it tells you the number of apps you are right now holding under your finger
4:20
From there, I can move it over. Whoops, maybe not here. Come on, there we go
4:25
Drop it. and it will move all the apps that were under your finger pretty easily
4:32
now another thing that can do on the home screen is long press icons which you probably already know
4:37
for more information so as an example we can hold your messages and it gives you two options not
4:43
no wait no we have we have the new message and you can also edit how it appears here so
4:48
not very many options here here we have a little bit more for our browser so we can edit or open up a new
4:55
a new private tab, show bookmarks, and so on. So you can quickly do things from your home screen
5:02
For instance, a neat option would be with camera. So you can just hold it and from there it gives you all the options that are in the camera
5:09
So you can take a selfie, record a video, take a portrait photo or portrait selfie
5:13
And when you basically press on it it automatically launches the set camera as you can see
5:19
So pretty, I would assume a quick picture. way of accessing your specific camera whenever you need it on the go so it automatically
5:31
will load the camera that you actually want now anyway moving on out and sticking
5:36
still with the camera options we gonna move over to the raw photos now this will probably work a little bit better for for the pro version of the device that has the improved camera
5:51
This one, it's a plus, only has a 12 megapixel. So you go into the settings and under the camera, let's find that
6:01
There we go, camera. You'll have a bunch of settings right here. Now, you should have somewhere a raw options
6:10
because the lens right here is just 12. It won't give me them
6:15
Let's see. It looks like it won't give me the settings for the camera just because here we only
6:26
utilizing 12 megapixel sensor. On the improved version of the pro, I believe you have a 64 megapixel
6:32
And in the settings right here for the camera, you will actually find a settings for raw photos
6:38
which will allow you to copy. photos in raw format at a full 64 megapixels instead of the 12 that is set by default
6:46
Now keep in mind that the file format of that when you change it will significantly increase
6:52
just because you will be capturing a resolution of that photo at much high resolution
6:59
and that will also carry along all the data that that photo will have in it just because
7:05
raw photos tend to have way more information in them. So it's a good way to capture your photos for later on editing because those photos, like I said, have way more information in that
7:18
So it allows you to, for instance, get more data from shadows that normally would not be visible
7:23
And when capturing a normal photo and those shadows, there would be nothing even when you brighten it up
7:28
With a raw photo, you will still recover whatever was in there
7:34
Anyway, and here you can also edit the video format, so record video
7:39
video it sets to an 80p 30 we can change it I believe we can also quickly change it and come on
7:45
there we go and our camera application by where is it video yep there we go so we have HD 4k
7:55
HD 60 30 so can quickly change it right here if you want to now another thing that I wanted to
8:02
show right here in the camera is the little guy right here this is visible for video
8:09
So you have this little running guy, you can top on it and it enables action mode
8:14
Now, if you're not sure what action mode is, it's basically, I think the best way to, like, compared to something, would be a GoPro
8:24
So it will stabilize the video much better when you're running, for instance, and doing some stuff
8:31
And it just, well, that's what a mode kind of suggests. it keeps out, it allows you to capture videos at a fast pace, for instance, running without really
8:44
messing it up too much, for instance, like smearing and stuff like that, and trying to stabilize it as
8:50
much as it can. Now, still, if you have a GoPro, that probably will be better. Also, GoPro will
8:56
obviously record at ultra wide. While here we do have sets to ultra wide, but as you can probably
9:04
see this is not necessarily the super wide angle that you would see on an actual
9:09
GoPro and when you switch to just one I just can see it zooms in quite
9:15
severely here but still I need a mode to try to use when you're trying to
9:22
maybe capture some more dynamic footage now moving on I'm gonna move over to
9:30
always on display so by default I think it's enabled. So you normally get the Always on display
9:40
It might be turned off right now. I don't remember. It looks like it's off right here
9:44
But like I said, by default, always on display will be enabled. Now, you can also access it by topping on the display
9:52
when it's enabled, assuming. So let's just first turn it on. So it's probably in display in the brightness. not
10:23
the Google or not the Google or not Google the Apple search of features in the settings is
10:29
absolutely effing abysmal so it looks like I'm able to locate this setting
10:36
because why would a phone with a search bar would be able to search for things in the settings
10:43
Jesus. Why do you people buy this phone? And honestly I didn't add the location of this anywhere
10:57
so it's right now a little bit more annoying to find it. Yeah, you know what, I'm going to move over to the next one
11:13
So, screw the yellow is on display. There is a setting somewhere, but honestly, I can be apt with to search for it
11:19
When Apple does an absolutely abhorrent job, but allowing it to find it, because why would you be able to
11:27
So let see if there anything else that I didn go over There is one more thing that I wanted to show actually So this will allow you to move over different images and text
11:44
Now, I will be honest, this works better on tablets, so like iPads
11:49
So let's first open up a browser, load some image. Now I'm going to just search for wallpaper, the easiest way to find some kind of, whoops, some kind of pictures
12:08
And before I do anything, I'm going to also open up message, create a new one
12:13
So let's just assume I'm going to be typing to someone, boom. And let's switch over back to here
12:20
Here is a little picture. Let's just assume that I'm going to get this one. I'm going to grab it
12:24
I'm going to switch over and it just dropped. Come on. Supposed to be grabbing
12:32
Not like this though. I should be able to copy it, but that's normal
12:46
Did they remove this? Come on. So normally you should be able to move it
12:50
It works on iPads that way where you can just grab it and then switch over to another page
12:54
and just drop it. But for some stupid reason, this doesn't seem to work anymore
13:02
Will this work? This works. So that's kind of what we're looking for
13:07
As you can see, just dropped it. But, as you've just seen
13:12
it didn't really want to work with the picture. I don't know exactly sure. I'm going to try one more thing
13:16
opening it up actually in whatever the page is. Okay, I think that will work
13:23
So it was just a fault of Google search. So as you can see, there we go
13:28
It works, and I can now send it if I want to, though I don't have anybody to send it to
13:33
Because the message was, or the recipient was non-existent. So that's one thing
13:40
And going into additional things associated with photos and just this kind of general usage
13:49
there is two things that I want to show. So let me just quickly first
13:53
find something it's just gonna go back I'm gonna capture a screenshot right
14:01
here as an example for this so just screenshot there it is can then top on it and
14:07
from here as you can see you have this button this allows you to find all the text in the screenshot it also works for photos obviously so just so I can see this
14:17
let's just there we go good enough so I have tempered glass right here and I'm
14:23
open up camera. Capture a picture. Eads that out of the way
14:33
Go back to the picture. And in here you can see, there's a button again. When you tap on it
14:38
obviously you can see that it selects all the text that is visible on that picture. And from here
14:41
we can quickly just select it, like all the text. There we go
14:48
You can copy it, paste it, whatever you want. Now, the amazing part is
14:52
this is a photo. So the phone detects text and well kind of converts it into an actual text from the photo which you can then copy and paste whatever you want
15:02
It's a really handy feature especially when it comes down to documents and I highly recommend utilizing it
15:08
And another thing that I wanted to show is the option to remove things basically edit your photos on the fly
15:16
Which let's see I'm gonna just It's gonna grab something like this see I'm gonna capture a photo of like the part keyboard and just this little
15:28
3D printed bottle opener so give me a moment there we go good enough the quality of the photo doesn't really matter right
15:39
here it's just the hello come on focus it's just more the functionality of it
15:45
so right here and what we can do now is what was it
15:53
it. No, not like that
16:05
Not like that. I don't really remember how I did this is a live photo
16:16
I did experience with this once though... I don't really remember how I did this. Hmm
16:38
So I am right now kind of lost in how I did this before
16:42
I think I'm just, I just held the little item right here and it did allow me to basically just crap it easily
16:49
But for some reason it's not allowing me to do it right now. because it's a live freaking photo and it gives me problems because of it
16:58
Can I turn off live? There we go. F off. Let's try it again
17:09
I'm pretty sure I just did it again. Yeah. Come on. I turned it off for a reason. I'm
