At first let's start by using a home screen. Let me find and select the settings right here

Let's scroll down and you should choose advanced settings. Scroll down again and tap backup and reset

And here we've got a couple of options. Let's choose backup my data and let's enable this option by using that switcher

Let's go back. Then you need to add a backup account. Let's tap backup account and if you have added some Google account you can use them

You can create a new account by using that blue link or use an existing one
