And to get started, you'll want to open up Settings, scroll down to Additional Settings

where you'll find Accessibility. And in here, right at the top, you have TalkBack

And to navigate through it, you simply tap on the screen to select something, for instance

like Next, then you double tap to go further. So you always have to single click to select and then double tap to confirm that selection
