how to measure the heart rate on this device. First, if you want to get most

accurate readings for your heart rate you should put your watch on your wrist

secure it tightly with the strap and then while you're measuring the heart

rate you need to keep still. I'm not gonna do that, I'm just gonna put my

finger behind the device and try to measure the heart rate this way, but this

probably won't give me too accurate results. So bear in mind that my results

might be not too accurate. Okay, let's start by waking up the screen on our

watch. To do it simply press the button on the right side of our device, then

swipe left on the screen to open the menu and here we have option called

heart rate. Tap on it and now the watch should start measuring your heart rate

I'm gonna put my finger behind the device and wait. As you can see after a

few seconds we have a reading. Wait until it stabilizes, as you can see it's

jumping a lot, it's going down. Wait a couple of seconds and after it

stabilizes. That should be your heart rate basically. Mine is around 70-69 and can

really stabilize itself as you can see, but that's how you measure the heart

rate basically. Then after you're done simply press the button on the right

side of your device to go back like this and then press it again to go back to
