you can hard reset this device through recovery mode. Now doing so will also allow you to get rid of a screen lock so if you have one set

you can just completely remove it this way. Now I'll warn you right now before you begin

that doing so and well in regards to removing your screen lock will probably result in your

device being FRP locked and what that means is when you're going through the setup you will

need to verify one of the two things either your previously used screen lock or the google account

that was signed in on this device. Now assuming you don't know either of those you basically won't

be able to finish up the setup therefore you won't be able to use the device so something to keep in

I don't know it so we're gonna hold our power button and then I'm gonna select power off

recovery mode and then confirm it using your power button. From here we're gonna select clear data by just simply pressing on it and then clear all data

Confirm it by tapping on okay this will begin factory resetting your device which will take

gonna select return arrow back and then restart and okay and this will now initiate a reboot of

the device continue the process of resetting it in the background so it will take it a little
