Hi everyone, in front of me I've got a Google Pixel 6 Pro and let me share with you how

to block a number on this device. So actually we've got two different ways to block a number

First of all we can do it using directly our contact list and the contacts which are currently

saved on it or we can do it using let's say the dialer settings and of course I'll show

you both ways. So first of all let's open the contact list, we'll begin with this option

Let's find the contact which you would like to block and tap on it. Now we have to tap on this three dots icon in the right upper corner and pick block numbers

As you can see your device will ask you if you really want to block a number because you will no longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

You can decide if you want to report it as a spam, I don't want to so let me untick this

option and simply tap on block. As you can see we've got the information that the number has been blocked, what's more we've

got this characteristic icon so as it was said we won't receive any calls or messages

from it. Of course you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on the three dots icon and

tapping on unblock numbers but let me leave it like this, let me leave it blocked

We will check if it will actually appear on the blacklist. So that was the first way of blocking the number from the contact list and now let me

show you another way. So here it doesn't really matter if you will be on the contacts, recent or favorites

Now in the general section on the third position we've got the blocked numbers so let's enter

and as you can see this is our blacklist and that's the number we just blocked from our contacts

So here from this step you can add a number manually so we can block a number manually

just tap on add a number and as you can see here you can freely enter the number and after

entering it just tap on block and as you can see it will immediately appear on the blacklist

so again you won't receive calls or texts from blocked numbers. What's more here we've got the option unknown which is quite cool option if you want to

turn it on just tap on this switcher and from now on your device will block all calls from

unidentified callers. So as I said that's quite cool option of course you can turn it off whenever you want

just by tapping on the switcher. So if you would like to remove the numbers from the blacklist just tap on the X button
