Hi everyone, here we've got Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 and let me share with you how to block

a number on this device. So actually we can do it using two different ways

We can block a number directly from our contact list, so the number we've got currently saved

or we can block totally another number which is not saved on our device

So of course I will show you both options. So let's begin with entering our contact list, we will begin with this way and find

the contact you'd like to block and tap on it. Now let's tap on this 3 second in the right upper corner and as you can see here we've

got block numbers option, so all you have to do is simply tap on it and your device

will ask you if you want to block this number because you will no longer receive any incoming

calls or text messages from it. What's more I don't want to report it as a spam so I will untick this option and just

tap on block. And as you can see right now this number is blocked so it means that as it was set you

won't receive any calls and messages. Obviously you can unblock it the same way just by tapping here and you've got unblock

numbers option but I would like to leave it like this because I want to check if it will

appear on our blacklist. So that was the first way of blocking the number and now the second way and it doesn't

You can just tap on this 3 second and enter the settings. Here we've got blocked numbers so let's enter and this is our blacklist

This is the number we just blocked from our contact list. What's more we've got the unknown option so after activating it your device will block

all incoming calls from unidentified callers so that's quite a cool option

Obviously you can turn it off the same way. What's more we can tap on add a number and as you can see here we can enter the number

manually so let me do it and simply tap on block. As you can see it will immediately appear on our blacklist so again it means that you

won't receive any incoming calls or texts from this number. And you can unblock those numbers if you want to just by tapping on this X button right
