Here I have Sony Xperia XZ2 and let me show you how to change language on the following device

So at the very beginning let's start by tapping Apps. Here you have to choose Settings

Let's scroll down and select System. So from the following list of settings let's choose Languages and Input

And now let's tap on Languages. In my case I'm using right now the English from United Kingdom

If you would like to change something right here let's choose Add a Language

Here you've got the full list of available languages that you can use on your Sony Xperia XZ2

So in my case let me change my language from English to Spanish so let's tap on Español

Choose your region, it could be España in my case. Let's place the Español into the first position and now as you can see the whole list of settings

and also applications are in Spanish. If you would like to go back to previous version just find and select Ajustes

Scroll down, choose Sistema, tap Idiomas y Traducción de Texto, choose Idiomas again

and now let's place English into the first position. So that's it
