photos, videos or any kind of other file from the phone to SD card or vice versa

So to get started you want to open up the file manager app which is located under the

tools right in the middle right here and then for me at least my photos are located on the

internal storage of the phone but the same folders will exist on both of the SD cards

or the phone so if the phone saves it to the SD card you will also have the DCIM folder

pictures and downloads assuming that SD card is set to be the default location so all the

folder names will be the same. So for me my photos are right here and you will find videos here, photos that are captured

with the camera and the actual pictures folder you will find screenshots and downloads will

have anything that has been downloaded from the internet through like a web browser or

email stuff like that so you will find also pictures there, documents, apps and basically

everything that has been downloaded. So once you located whatever that is that you want to copy, so for me it's going to

be these photos, you will have to select them so to select them all you need to do is hold

it and it gets selected in blue and you can tap on other ones to select them like so and

if you have multiple or lots more of photos that you want to select and you just don't

want to bother with tapping on all of them like so you can go actually back to the initial

folder which is the camera where they are located and hold the folder to select it like

so and then you have the options either to copy or cut

Copy will keep the copy of it where it is right now and add additional one to the designated

location while cut will just completely remove it from here and move it to your desired location

So I'm going to choose the cut like so and allow and you can see that it kind of becomes

a little bit grayed out so now you want to go into the location that you want to move

it to so for me it's going to be the SD card so I just went back to the main, oops now

I went a little bit too far back, so the main page, the home and you will have the SD card

so you can tap on it and then there is only one folder so you can create another one if

you want called for instance the same way as where the photo originated from so DCIM

tap on okay and you can see that it's created now so you can tap on it and then tap on the

clipboard right here and it will be moved to this location you can see that the photos

are now all here and if I were to go back to the internal storage under DCIM you can

see that they are now absent from this folder. So that is how you remove photos, videos or any kind of other file from phone to SD card
