First of all hold down the power key for a few seconds to switch off your device, then

tap power off and confirm the whole operation by tapping OK. Wait until your device is completely switched off and then you have to start pressing and

holding volume up. Hold down volume up and while holding this button connect your phone by using micro USB

cable connected to your PC. Keep holding volume up. As you can see the download mode is loading on your phone

Now you can use the following mode or if you want quit this simply remove the micro USB

cable, then remove the back cover by using the cavity at the right edge of your phone

and simply remove battery for a second and insert back again

Install the back cover. As you can see the phone is switched off
