So to get started, let's pull down our notifications by swiping down from the top of the screen and swipe down once again

which that will reveal your power button right over here. Click on it and when you see the power off you want to hold that option

Once you do so it will bring up a new window reboot to safe mode with a quick message. Do you want to reboot into safe mode

This will disable all third-party applications you have installed and it will be restored when you reboot again
