Welcome. In front of me is a Poco C65 and today I'll show you how you can hard reset this device

through settings. So to get started you want to open up your settings, then navigate to about

phone and select factory reset. This will bring up a list of data that will be removed by this

process. So if there's anything from this list that you would want to preserve, make a backup

copy of it before you begin. Now assuming you have already done the copy, backup one, or you

just don't want to, select erase all data. If you have some kind of screen lock you'll need to

confirm it here and then select factory reset. Now you do actually have the option to backup here

but keep in mind this will be backed up to Xiaomi cloud and what that means is if for instance

you're backing up the device because you got a new one, if the said new device isn't Xiaomi

you won't be able to restore this backup. This is strictly Xiaomi brand backup and if

Anyway we're going to select factory reset. Now Xiaomi is one of those companies that considers
