Hello, in front of me I have Garmin Forerunner 45HR and I'm gonna show you how to factory

reset this device. First we need to press and hold the up button right here to open the menu

Once the menu opens we need to use the down button to scroll down

Simply keep pressing it like this, scroll down and select the option called the system

Then press the start button to enter. Now let's scroll down again by pressing down button, select the option called reset and

press the start button. And here we have two options. We have reset settings and delete all

If you select reset settings you will only remove the, or rather you will only reset

the settings to the factory default values and you won't remove any personal data from
