I'm Mike from Micromax Canvas 6 and let me show you how to add fingerprint protection

on the following device. So at the very beginning let's start by using your home screen

Here you need to find and select apps icon, then let's choose here the settings

Here you need to scroll down and under device you should find fingerprint

Let's tap it. Let's tap fingerprint right here. Before you add the fingerprint you need to save some backup method

It could be pattern, pin or password. In my case let me use pattern

So let's draw your unlock pattern. Tap continue and let's do it again just for confirmation

Alright so now you have to decide about notification. You can show all notification content, you may hide the sensitive one or don't show notifications

And now let's enroll the fingerprint. So let's use enroll now right here

So let's find the fingerprint sensor. The sensor should be located right here at debug of the device and let's start tapping

Let's just type a couple of types on the sensor. And fingerprint added

So everything went well. Now all you need to do is just tap done

Here you've got your fingerprint. You can add another one or you can simply start using your fingerprint

You can lock your device by pressing the power key and now you can unlock it of course by

using the pattern but you may also accomplish that by using the fingerprint

That's it. Let's just touch the sensor and everything is alright. Just unlock your device by using your fingerprint
