measurement. So first thing you will need to do is to wake up the screen on your watch. You can do it by pressing the light button or tapping on the screen

scroll through the quick glances, find the heart rate widget and you can tap on it

And here we have the heart rate measurement. I'm gonna put my finger on

the sensor. As you can see it's measuring right now. The watch basically measures

your heart rate in real time. So you don't need to do anything it's gonna be
