Here I have Elephone P9000 and let me show you how to enter recovery mode on the following device

So, at the very beginning let's start by using your power key

Just to switch off your phone, choose power off and tap power off again, just to continue

So let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds, keep holding both keys

So you can accomplish here the apply update from ADB, update from SD card, wipe data factory
