Here I've got Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus and I'll show you how to add and remove Google

account on the following device. So at first, let's open list of all applications, then find and select the settings

Now you have to scroll down and go to accounts and backup

Simply click on it and if you would like to remove your account, simply tap on remove account
