Hello! In front of me I have Fitbit Charge 5 and I'm gonna show you how to

enable the sleep mode on this device. Let's start by waking up the screen on

our band. To do it simply double tap on the screen like this. Once you wake up

the screen swipe downwards from the top of the screen to open the quick settings

Here scroll up by swiping down like this. Find this sleep mode icon and to

turn on the sleep mode simply tap on this icon like this. As you can see it

says sleep mode on. What this sleep mode does is basically if you enable it all

the notifications, reminders and celebrations will be muted and also the screen brightness will be lowered. As you can see if you disable it right here

the screen brightness is brighter and when you enable it it lowers itself. And to

disable the mode simply tap on this icon icon right here and it should say

sleep mode off. We can also make a schedule for this mode and to do it

let's open the settings. So let's scroll up through the quick settings menu to

the top and at the top we have settings icon. Tap on it to open the settings. Here

scroll down, find the option called quiet modes and tap on it. Now scroll down

select sleep mode and here we can turn on the mode or turn off by tapping on
