from your SIM card to the phone. So to get started you will need to open up the standalone contacts application, like

this one. From there navigate to Fix and Manage and then Import from SIM

This will then show you all the contacts that are on your SIM card. By default they should all be selected but because most of these contacts are already

imported to my Google account, which is selected by default, then the device is just disabling

them so I can't create duplicates. But if I change it from the Google account to something like a device, as you can see

all these contacts become now selected. Now I can deselect some that I don't want and from there click on Import
