Here I have HTC HT2 and let me show you how to accomplish hard reset operation on this

device by using a hardware keys method. So at the very beginning let's switch off your device by holding a power key

Keep holding power button. Choose power off. And wait until your device will be completely switched off

Afterwards you have to use the following combination of keys. Power key, volume down and volume up
