hard reset this device through recovery mode. Now this process will remove

things like screen lock if you have one that you for instance don't know. I'm

gonna quickly lock the device and you can see that I do have a pattern set so

I'll progress from the lock screen as though I don't know it. So number one you

want to hold your power key, select power off and once the device turns off you

want to hold power key and volume down at the same time. When you see the Oppo

logo let go of the power key but keep holding the volume down

And this will take us to the recovery mode as you can see. Now before we

actually access the recovery mode all you want to do here is select your

desired language by tapping on it. And once you see your recovery you want to

select wipe data, then you want to select format data. This will bring up some kind

of randomly generated code as a confirmation code so you just need to type this code that is visible on your screen right here. And this will bring
